An Ashleigh Renaissance

I love going out to get the mail each day, especially when my mailbox contains a long awaited letter from a far away friend.  


Plus, given the fact that this letter was sent April 6th and has just arrived, I sort of feel like I am living in a Jane Austen novel (sort of...take the mental journey with me--people in Jane Austen novels are always writing letters and then patiently waiting for them to travel far distances and their letters are always full of beautiful stories and sentiments, just like the letter I received today), which is sort of the most excellent thing ever.  Letter writing is an art, and I'm excited to learn all about it.
